History
Between 1907 and 1908, 100 Tenby Road was personally constructed by architect Henry L. Reinhold, Jr. for the Spohn family to live in.
1910 census: Department store salesman Lewis is living with his family and Polish maid.

The home was listed for rent in 1932, although it's unclear if there were any takers. In 1936, Lewis and his daughter-in-law were injured in a car crash caused by the driver of a car in which they were passengers.

Lewis died in 1936. He was a former trustee of the board of the St. Andrew's Methodist Episcopalian Church. The following year, to settle his estate, the home was rented out by R.H. MacBride.
